There is no Future without Present

“Sustainable development is development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.” (Report of the World Commission on Environment and Development: Our Common Future, 1987).

EEVG’s aims to reduce the carbon footprint of buildings through improvements and innovation in energy efficiency and renewable energy production and therefore fully embodies this ideal.

However, EVG also understands that in order to effectively strive for sustainability, consistency and commitment are essential. As a result, EVG’s package highlights the economic incentives alongside the environmental aspects, since it understands that how powerful economic motivations are in today’s capitalist society. EVG recognises this need to balance the environmental and energy efficiency requirements with the economic factors.
